Insect Collection of the University of Madeira

With more than 3400 described species, insects are the most diverse group of animals of the Madeira Archipelago and the target of study by teachers and students. Thus, in 1998 the Insect Collection of the University of Madeira was created. Come and discover one of the largest collections of insects in the archipelago.
